Dear
reader.
Welcome, 欢迎! (can you see
just how bilingual I am?) Welcome on my blog indeed!
What was
that now? “Blogs are a dying trend?” you say? Of course not!
I said: OF
COURSE NOT.
You sure?
Come on…
for me?
Who is me,
by the way? The name’s Tim, Timtim or even Timtimtim. And since I needed a
Chinese name, you can also call me Tianxiang (天祥), which means
“prosperous” or “augurous sky”.
And I hope
the skies of China will be.
That
explains the name of this blog.
But what is
this blog for? Well, I will tell you about my life in China. My project was to
pause my studies in a French business school in order to learn mandarin Chinese
in China.
I left with
a little knowledge of mandarin Chinese, but it’s somewhat rusty. This is why I
plan to make LOTS of blunders while in China.
That explains
this blog in itself. Those blunders need telling someone, otherwise… what
a waste it would be!
See you
soon! (Yup, you’re coming back. It’s too late now, you’re in this with me!)
